LOXO Agency ("LOXO", "we", "us") operates loxo.agency, a store for top-ups, gift cards, and other digital items. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (or the profile info shared by Google/Discord if you sign in that way).
• Order information: items purchased, quantities, prices, and your chosen payment method.
• Order chat messages and any files or images you send us through an order's chat, used to deliver items and provide support.
• Reviews you choose to leave on products you've purchased.
• Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically for security and fraud prevention.

We do not collect or store your card, PayPal, or crypto wallet credentials — payments are handled directly by the payment provider you choose.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process, deliver, and support your orders.
• To send transactional emails (order updates, password resets) via our email provider, Resend.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
• To improve LOXO based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only where necessary to run the store:

• With Google or Discord, if you choose to sign in using one of those services.
• With the payment provider you select at checkout (PayPal, Binance, Visa, Mastercard, or BaridiMob) to process your payment.
• With Resend, our transactional email provider, to deliver account and order emails.
• With our hosting provider, to run and store the application securely.

We never sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see below).

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at service@loxo.cc.

8. Children

LOXO is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
